The mind is a powerful thing. If one person thinks of one thing for too long, it can be blown way out of proportion. the mind starts racing and then it gets to the point where you have to take some kind of action. So the answer is momentum.

hi...it is human mind...when u receive half information on anything u tend to know it more..!
In short...best example is ...if u are asked to close eyes and do something..u always wanna tend to open it half....!
