Absolutley, get your attorney into court today and file the motion. It should have already been done.....
Clean out all the joint bank accounts and call all the joint credit card companies and put a hold on the cards. Take anything you want. You can always give it back if the court says you have to, but possession is 90% of the law :-)

it incredibly is the undeniable fact that expectancies have risen extremely. in previous cases it became into envisioned that have been going to be problems in a marriage yet you stayed besides. Nowdays people do no longer post with it plenty. additionally women particularly have mroe freedom, are financially self sustaining and could lead lives of their very own so as that they divorce their husbands so plenty better than they used to. women basically used to post with plenty because of the fact there have been no different strategies. there are multiple pressures on society now of a different nature than earlier, extremely financially. Now, in many cases the two mothers and fathers artwork and raise a kinfolk and the couple dont get as plenty high quality time as in previous years. this could impact a marriage in a severe way. we've grown up with the perception that it incredibly is an on the spot society too. We do what feels stable. each now and then we fall ill of an considerable different and have self belief we at the instant are no longer in love so we come across somebody else, believing that the relationship is over, whilst in reality it incredibly is not love with the recent guy or woman, it incredibly is basically that it incredibly is a few thing new. people do no longer seem to artwork at relationships extremely as plenty. it incredibly is a mix of motives yet those are a number of the flaws I see.

My ex husband tried this but the judge told him that the next time we went to court (which was the third time) if he didn't sign the papers then the judge would sign them for him.......So the judge did sign them!
I'd have her get an attorney and make him understand that the ex is intentionally trying to ruin her.

her lawyer should have had the assets frozen a long time ago, sounds like she has a bad lawyer.
Yes, the courts will see through his behavior, as long as her lawyer gets off his butt and files the right paperwork.

Yes, the court can help her. She needs to file papers, get a court date and explain the situation to the judge. The court can ban him from overspending and mandate that he pay the mortgages etc.

i'm sure she can still go ahead w/ the divorce. you don't really need a lawyer to get divorced. especially if she has a good lawyer but i would post this in the ethics cate gory b/c you'll get a more professional answer. that really bites that he's being a jerk.
