Blower motor resistor. It's located by the blower motor, which should be on the passenger side foot well area. Kinda up underneath the dash. This is was reduces the power so you can have slower speeds on the blower motor. It should be If I'm thinking correctly lt;s about the size of a credit card and has four wire plug....

Blower motor resistor block is correct. The switch only routes the power to the motor through the block. The resistor block actually changes the fan speeds. It should be located somewhere withing the HVAC module as it uses the moving air to keep the resistors from overheating.
