I listen daily as the Hollywood elite, the press and left wing entities praise the efforts of Al Gore and all that he is doing for humanity for producing movies, writing books and giving paid speeches.

My question is, if Al was such a humanitarian, why does he not give most or all of the enormous proceeds away to humanitarian causes here and abroad? If you ask me, he is just playing this country as a fool and laughing all the way to the bank.

What do you think?

Do you have any clue how many people in this country started in the lowest possible job at a company and ended up in upper management? Capatilism is fantastic. Hard working responsible live good lives and lazy irresponsible likely do not. What could possibly be wrong with that? Yes, of course certain people will always be born into varying sets of advantages and disadvantages. But most people do start at the bottom and work their way up.

Al Gore is a showman. I think he believes in a lot about what he speaks but he also needs to make a living. I saw him give a speech on his An Inconvenient Truth tour. It seemed genuine yet seemed too political. There is a way for someone to present something yet he infuses a bashing sort of humor that comes across as immature. I think he could be more effective if his ego were not being so bloated!

Do you give most or all of what you earn to humanitarian causes? Actually, Al Gore does give a substantial amount to support humanitarian causes. Why do Neocons promote hard work and success yet disparage liberals when they are hard working and successful?
