Children are always learning new things and are curious about the world around them. They have a different outlook on life than us adults do.
There comes a time when you have to grow up. That just happens. There isn't an age, it just happens, plain and simple.
But you should always be a kid at heart. Simply because, like kids, you should never stop learning.
I always say if there is one thing I do know; its that I will never truly know enough. =]

Hmmm.. Probably age nine. A lot of things happened around that age that made me have to grow up. I still acted like a kid around my friends, but at home I was a bit more grown up. Now I cook dinner for my family almost every night, I wash clothes, I know how to clean, I work in the family business, and I volunteer at my local hospital and I have my career picked out. And I'm still a teenager.

I'm starting to mature at 12 but some ppl at my school are like 5 yr olds.but I act like a kid every now and then.

You never stop acting like a kid. There is a kid in any of us, no matter how old we are.

I would think about 12-13 in between that age period. But if you think that being a kid means not having any fun. Then you should you be a kid all your life.If you think becoming a adult means to became materia and stuff then about 12-13.

I'd say at 18-or when you start to pay taxes! I tell my daughter she can only be a kid for a short time, stay a kid, keep your innocence, don't clog up your life with cigs, alcohol, drugs, sex. Then when you're 18 you're probably not going to make the same choices as you would at say 15.

And to missy prissy pants "tay" I have to say bull. 12-13 is still an age where you can be a kid. THAT"S THE FUN ABOUT BEING YOUNG IS THAT YOU GET TO BE A KID!!!!!

never never never, my 8 year old kid acts older then me sometimes so he then gets grounded for not acting like a kid!!!!!
