Thank you, it is nice to know we have people who love our troops and support them. I do. I have brother-in-laws in the military, and one is over there right now. I pray for him and all of the troops daily and I hope everyone else does also. Thank you for a question to remind us that our freedom isn't free.

Yes, I have a son that has now been in service for over 19 years. He is planning to continue his allegiance past his 20 year agreement. Yes, I thank him regularly. He went to Panama, then he was stationed for over 9 months in Germany. He was put on assignment to several Western states here in America. He has now been informed that he may be going to Kuwait. Well, my God, that is a bit too close to Iraq as it is right next door. I pray that this war will end and that our service people will return to us, both safe and with God's blessings. I am very proud of my son. God bless and keep you strong.

Anytime I see a soldier, I try to thank him......when my husband and I are in a restaurant and there are soldiers eating there, I buy them dessert or coffee or something......it is the very least I can do for someone who is standing on the front lines every day protecting my children's and grandchildrens' rights to step outside in their yard at night without fear of being shot, or to worship in a church on Sunday without fear of being executed...........the freedoms we so take for granted in this country I do not take lightly and I have the highest respect and praise for those who have gone before and those who are going now to protect my freedoms in this great country I live in !! I don't want this to come out like I am being rude so i am going to just say as little as possible. Most of them know what they are getting into and don't care that we thank them or not, second most of them only do it for the money and stop caring about there family, third and lastly they become like robots when the government is done with them anyways so say good bye to the old person you once knew unless of course you knew them after they were there. I say just stop all the stupid fighting over stupid stuff and that will end everything. I hate it just as much as the next guy but I have nothing to be thankful for to any man except for God above.
