In the long term it is better to buy a laptop with bluetooth as so many new computers are built with bluetooth installed

The built in Bluetooth adapter would work better, but the USB one can be used on other computers

i have bluetooth built into my lap top but bought a usb one because the built in one kept giving me problems

I'd say I'd rather get an Adapter so that I can use it with other devices with bluetooth capability . It gives me more options .
