I don't know...I use it to sleep deeper, ward of fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel pains. I KNOW it can help those things.

I never heard of it being a blood thinner

However, if you get say, a shot or a blood test and find it has thinned your blood, I would stop drinking it for a while.

Or if you NEED a thinner, I would use aspirin instead.

drink enough of any fluid and it is likely to thin your blood, but apple cider vinegar is no more or less effective than plain old water.
