RVD is a better wrestler and entertainer. He did more for the business than Cena can ever dream. He has a great array of moves and is more agile than Cena. There are a very few amount of entertainers out there that can do the things he can do with his aerial assault. The only reason people hear more about Cena over RVD is because ECW is small compared to RAW.
The only reason Cena is still champ is because people either really love him or hate him. That puts people in the seats. They want for him to be beaten to a bloody pulp or see him "rise" above it all and retain. Cena's moves are so-so. Nothing great about any of his trademark moves. The only move that he uses that is somewhat original is the STFU. The FU was taken from Brock Lesnar and the 5 Knuckle Shuffle is a lame attempt at The People's Elbow.
So my vote goes to RVD.
