You will have to use Photoshop to "cut up" the template into separate images, then use HTML to layout the template in web format and then you can integrate it with Wordpress. The easy (but not always effective) way to do this is to send the PSD to ImageReady and there's an option in the File menu to create an HTML document from the template. And then hopefully you know CSS and PHP for the incorporation with WP.
