I have a friend that went to extremes to establish contact with me after leaving Yahoo!. I was really impressed at the effort that it must have taken. Especially when we had not exchanged email addresses previously. The contact came via a "friend of a friend of a friend" sort of linkage. That's true friendship, I think.
