The device drivers are all located in My Computer. Just click on that. From there you should see another box come up. There should be a heading with Devices with Removeable Storage. First put in a cd in your cd tray of your tower. If it will play the song. Then your drivers are working. So does this help?

In the "Device Manager". Right click My Computer and choose Properties. Click the Hardware tab and then click Device Manager. If you see any yellow ! marks or ? marks, then the drivers for those devices either aren't loaded correctly (!) or aren't loaded at all (?).
If you want to know who is providing a particular driver, click on the device and then click Driver.

well please follow this instructions;
1. click on my computer
2. open control panel
3. look for an icon called device manager
if u see anything with a yellow exclamation mark on the left then it means it is not installed properly.
