I am guessing you mean endure as in people actually believe in them. Other than the Eve and Adam, there are several. Hindus and Buddhists also have interesting beliefs. There are several pockets of Animism that are still viable. Check out any current religion and you will find myths about how we came to be.

It is not sacred but these are creations that have endured till the present time. Do you believe in "aswangs" (Filipino for witches, literally witches not the religion or sect)? Or the "tikbalang" (half man, half horse) or the "diwatas" (fairies) or even the "dwendes" (dwarfs). Well, in the remotest part of the Philippines, in the mountains and in the barrios (towns), they still exist. Their kind will continue to dwell and live because they always pass on to their kin their "power". It is said that when the head witch in the family is dying, it cannot die as yet if someone has not "taken" the "power" from the dying witch. Only when someone receives it will the witch die.

The creation stories on the Norse have continued to endure! You may not have heard of them but I have, as have many who treasure the traditions of their Norse and Celtic ancestors.
If you would like to read about this, here's a link....

None, the most likely candidates would probably be from the Australian Aborigines, but as they passed their stories verbally, they may have changed over time.

All of them if you chose to study them. What's really interesting is how much alike they all are.
