The clear gooey stuff is discharge that every woman gets. Discharge can be white or clear. When it is clear and gooey that is the discharge that is most sperm friendly so if you have unprotected sex at that time then you are most likely to get pregnant. It also signals that you have ovulated. (Produced an egg to be fertilised) The brown stuff is just some old blood from your uterus. Nothing to worry about. The itchiness maybe is caused by hair growth, especially if you have shaved down there. You sound perfectly healthy. Only worry if it becomes green or grey, smells very bad, causes you pain or makes you swollen and irritated down there.

It's pre-ejaculatory fluid (or precum in more slang terms) produced by the Cowper's gland. It functions to lubricate the inside of the penis so semen can flow easier as well as to help neutralize some of the acidity of the vagina. In larger quantities some guys can use it as a lubricant for masturbation/sex, but amount each guy produces varies from nearly none at all to a lot. A word of warning, the pre-ejaculatory fluid does contain some sperm and, while improbable, can make a woman pregnant.
