how long does it take in swimming to gain muscles ?
if i swim 5 days a week for 1 hour and eat healthy, in how long am i gonna get muscles in my whole body? 1 month?
by the way, i train every stroke...

You should see a difference in muscle tone in three to four weeks from the time you start exercising if you swim at a moderate pace. Make sure your technique is good so that each stroke is as efficient and functional as possible.

Okay, swimmers have different muscles then say sprinters in track and football players. Our muscles are like long-distance muscles which are longer rather than bulkier. We get AWESOME shoulder muscles however. Lift your arm over your head and look, and but your hand with your pinkie in the crook of your elbow and lift your arm up and down. Youll feel the muscles.

One hour a day is certainly enough to see changes starting in about three weeks. No one needs to swim 2 hours a day unless theyre a competitive swimmer.

You should swim at least 2 hours a day, and if you do taht and push yourself you'll see a difference in about 3 weeks
