Yes it does mean you don't love them.

If you really loved someone you wouldn't cheat, but if you made a one time mistake and truly regretted it and felt bad then maybe yes you do love them, but to not feel regret about it.... there is no way they love you..... it is just more likely to happen again because they got away with it the first time without any major issues or consequences....

I would say yes. Betraying your spouse in such a manner period really questions the love and respect someone has for their spouse. Having an affair and not regretting it,...that's a lost cause if I've ever seen one!

That is exactly correct. The fact that they cheated means that they do not love them. The fact that they have no regrets means they are crazy. Love does not hurt.. love is wonderful and respectful. The things you are talking about have nothing to do with love.

Very simple: when you love someone, you do not want them to be hurt. If you are the source of their hurt, you will have regrets. Maybe you don't exactly regret doing what you did, but you will at least regret doing something that hurt the one you love.
If you don't have ANY regrets, then you either do not care that you hurt someone you say you love (in which case you are a sociopath pretending to care when you don't) or you simply don't love them at all.
(I"m not saying YOU Personally, just "you" in the general sense)

No regrets, yes there is no respect or anyway to build upon that. I cheated on my spouse and have regreted it everyday since.

What would be your answer? Indefinitely, no one would say after they've cheated on their spouse: "honey I really truly love you, you know that", don't know what came over me; Oh, well these things do happen, "I'll make it up to you I promise", listen, honey it was a mistake it won't happen again; "ah it's just one time - no more. The trust is ruin, gone - and maybe he or she should call it quits (that is if, if they really, really want to restore the marriage)

If you really love someone and you cheat on them some part of you has to regret it . I don't see how you could do it and not regret it anywhere in your heart.

If they cheated then the love wasn't there in the first place.
But now-a-days, people don't really know what love is. I guess if he went out and had a big ol' fling with two or three women at one time, got caught and then told you how sorry he was ............. Now, that would really show how much he loved you.
I guess I'll used a condom on my wife next time and tell her I want to protect her from any deceases .......... think she love me for that?

I think a person like this is incapable of knowing what real love is...if you truly loved your spouse you'd never make such a selfish choice to cheat...
