It is not part of your juvenile record unless you were brought before juvenile court. The record that was made was an internal record with KMart. Based on my understanding of corporate record retention policies, it may have been discarded years ago.

If you were ten, chances are you are ok. Many "kids" pick up that pack of gum at the register or walk out with that small toy mom just wont buy with out even thinking about it because they are KIDS. If the police were not called chances are it is not going to hit your record, and if it does it wont make a difference so long as you are an upstanding citizen and dont get yourself into any trouble. As a teen, or young adult you now know the difference between right and wrong, and it is up to you to make sure that you always make the right decision. Good luck.

via fact they did no longer call the law enforcement officers, or your mom and dad, they of course knew your no longer a criminal. so they referred to as your counselor to enable them to handle it, yet so a techniques as though they be able to place it on your checklist? you probably did devote a criminal offense via stealing and it fairly is their precise to press expenditures. a chum of mine stole from a Macy's, and he or she became 18 however the lady she became with became 17, the minor purely had to do community service so it wasn't on her checklist and do a little training, however the 18yr old became in detention center for an afternoon and has 3 years probation. yet as quickly as you grow to be 18 your checklist gets cleared. It sound to me like the administrative will no longer press expenditures yet you will get into an incredible style of hardship at college. with any luck you discovered a lesson.

not at that age. at sixteen your previous offenses are wipd clean off your record and can only be brought up if a judge in a case in which you are talking part in asks to see your previous record. he must have good reason to ask to see them.
