I use SuperAntiSpyware, Avast and Ccleaner, and I don't have any pop-ups anymore! Toolbar pop-up blockers just aren't enough on their own.

Install Google or Yahoo Tool bar. Both have pop-up blockers on them.

you need to get a pop up blocker > if you are using internet explorer you can check if you have one by going to tools on the toolbar on top and it will show you if you currently have a pop up blocker..if yes it will give you an option to turn it on/off..
