I would tell them, i know that you guys are over their risking your lives for no reason. I wouldnt be able to do that at all. I am sorry that your family has to go through this process also. Hopefully, you make it back to the U.S. safely and keep staying strong, everything will be okay.

If I had the chance to thank a military man, I would say, "I really appreciate you putting your life on the line for all us Americans. I pray for you all the time, for your safety and for God to bless you and save you. Take care of yourself and come home to us soon. Thanks again."
Once, in a restuarant, I saw a table full of military men/women and I wanted to go over to the table and thank them, and my husband didn't want me to. I really wanted to, and God is my witness that I really wanted to. But I honored my husband instead, and didn't do it. He thought it would make a scene, but I don't agree. NOW...I really wish I had done it. God forgive me for NOT thanking them when I had the chance. I do pray for them all the time though. And I think our prayers are heard. Next time, I will thank them anyway, then I'll have no regrets about it.

In a greater advantageous international, we does no longer choose the protection rigidity and can desire to commit its components to different motives, yet considering the fact that we live in this international, fraught with violence and selfishness, we do choose the protection rigidity, so i'm grateful that its there to maintain us from being conquered or exterminated.

I live in a military town....
This is their job, you just treat them like normal.
They don't REALLY care about other peoples opinions outside of the job, because THEY know that those people couldn't possibly know everything that their job entails....

OK if we are talking about a war being held because someone was trying to take over your country then say a big thanks to the guys keeping you free it is the least you owe them.
if we are talking about war being held for political interests and oil then tell your guys to come back home cause that's were they belong.

Thank you so much. I pray for you daily, even though I don't know you. I would gladly write to those in need of a friend, if I knew the addresses.

I'm a veteran. I say thank you to one and all who serve and have served. When I meet a war veteran, I shake their hand and thank them personally.
