The only possibility that the Universe ,which include all Galaxies expanding they radii of gyration, could expand would be only within the restrains which are the boundary of the Universe.Certainly it could not expand outside its own containment.

No, Einstein's theory of expansion of matter has been tested enough to be almost certain it is correct. As a particle moves at very high speeds through space it gains mass.

No we measure things moving straight away from us and not in orbits.
