It's very quiet. The only sound is the a/c. Hope your place is at least cool.

outside of the birds singing it is very quiet. I live in the woods but when I leave here it is very noisy.

Nope. I live in an apartment building and I think they start maintenance every morning at about 7:57a.m. Chopping trees, nailing the roof, mowing the lawn, etc. It is a racket. Unbelievably loud and obnoxious. I am closing my eyes and pretending I am alone in a boat drifting at sea...all I hear is the waves of the sea....and that dang weed wacker.....ughhhhhh!

No, it is never quiet where I am, my dam mind is always whispering things 2 me. I can not not quiet my brain or turn if off.

No...not quiet, talking to my honey, while watching "Young & the Restless", and the computer is going .... "plink" every time a new message comes in........but that's fine. Life is good!

Kind of, the ceiling fan I broke ealier and am too short to fix is a problem though...its really clanky....damn the shortness of my body...
