i can't think of any street in Chicago that is called a parkway....what the heck is a parkway....is that a street next to a park? that you make way for???

A parkway is a business parking area, that allows you to drive around until you find a parking space to park and to get out.

A driveway is a personal spot in your yard to park your car.
