Well, first of all, what kind of books do you like?
Your question is not specific in any way.
Pleasure reading?
Do you want a best seller?
Try going to your local library and browsing the new book shelves.
The Shop on Blossom Street Debbie Macomber is good.
The Things We Do For Love Kristan Hannah is good.
My list could go on but I'll stop.

Twilight by Stephanie Meyers. It is in the Young adult section but my God it is a really good book. I am 22 and I absolutely adored it. It is about vampires so if you aren't into fantasy you should look into reading the Evenovich books. The first one is called One for the Money. It is about a newly proclaimed female bounty hunter. Hilarious and action packed.

Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer! You'll love it! Anything by Meg Cabot is good, and if you're into dramas, check out any of Jodi Picoult's books. My Sister's Keeper was awesome.

The Robber Bride, by Margaret Atwood was sooo good. She is a serious contemporary author, but this book is a total page turner. It is about three women who are friends but all have one enemy in common, a woman who seems to be out to get their men and their lives.

There's the Wicked series. It's about Fairy Tales with a twist. Wicked is the story of the Wicked With of the West. Mirror, Mirror is about the witch in snow white. And I forget what the third one is called but it's about the Stepsisters of Cinderella.
