I had a tubal pregnancy last yr in May which after treatment resulted in my loosen part of my right tube. But I also concieved again last yr and lost my baby in Jan at 19 weeks due to a fall at work. After the d&c I notice I was'nt feeling right so come to find out they did'nt get everything and they had to put me back under.Me and my husband are ready to try again but we are so scared because I only have this one tube due to the tubal,do you think because I was put under twice that it caused any scar tissue or should I be fine?

It's always scary when you lose a child to try again. You have to put yourself in a place where you can accept what will be no matter what happens. There are always other options. (adoption?)
Talk to your doctor together with your husband and ask him/her if you are ready and what precautions need to be taken. Best of luck! :)

there could be scar tissue. ur dr should have gone over all this. People get preg all the time with only one tube. Everything will work out! I would check with your dr and see what options are available if you have a hard time conceiving! Good luck! You are in my prayers :)

You may want to consult you doctor on this. I've had 8 surgeries for endometriosis/fibroids and know for a fact that scar tissue could be a problem if the incisions to heal correctly. However, this differ for everyone so please consult your doctor. Also, it is normal to be have that fear after what you went through. Good Luck

I can't tell you for sure. I really think this is very technical and should be discussed with your doctor. I wish I had better advice but I think the only person that would be able to give you a really good answer would be your doctor.

If you dont have one, get a good OB/GYN doctor. Preferrably an experienced one in tubular pregnancies.

It is very important that you get his/her PROFESSIONAL opinion before you try again. Listen to him/her and follow his directions.

I agree with the first response you received. You are better off asking him/her than us novices here.

Good luck to you and your husband.

I'm not an expert on this but this is something you should ask your doctor. I don't think you'd find the proper advice here. I hope all ends up well though :-)

Honey, you would be MUCH better off asking your doctor this instead of us. She knows the internal damage done and has the medical expertise to make an INFORMED descision.
