You can download IE6 from the Microsoft website. Here's the link:

and IE5 from here: http://www.cintek.com/download/ie5.htm
If you want the standalone version which doesn't require you to have access to the internet when installing then follow the instructions from this website: http://www.updatexp.com/download-ie6.html
Note: Microsoft no longer supports IE5
