You can download IE6 from the Microsoft website. Here's the link:

and IE5 from here: http://www.cintek.com/download/ie5.htm
If you want the standalone version which doesn't require you to have access to the internet when installing then follow the instructions from this website: http://www.updatexp.com/download-ie6.html
Note: Microsoft no longer supports IE5

Maybe you're not only interested in downloading two versions of Internet Explorer, but you want to install them too, on the same machine. In this case you should definetely try the free "Multiple IE Installer", which makes this possible. Here it is the site where you can find it:
