I'm exchanging motors in a 1997 ford F150 I NEED TO KNOW the tourk pounds to torke the intake manifold, the flywheel,and the exaust manifold.also the tourk converter

A shop manual http://www.helminc.com or http://www.alldata.com/diy ($25) will have it. If you have no money, go to your local library for Chiltons or Motors manuals.
