First, you should spell "epidemic" the right way. If you have mis-spelled words like that in your writings, no one will take you as seriously as you would hope.

Try something that relates to death or unhealthy children or attempts by restaraunts to make healthier food choices on menues or smaller portion size.There is so much you can say and without reading what you already have. We don't really know what your focus is.
