hi my tomtom is not working dose not turn on when charged green light stays on iv been told it is called syndrome. anyone know how i can fix it? thanks

Below works for TomTom GO. I have had to use it once.
The reset button hole is small. If you look at the connetor from below, the reset hole is to the left.

You should never have to reset TomTom GO under normal circumstances. However, in the event of a problem you can reset the unit by removing it from the cradle and using a straightened paper clip in the reset hole on the unit's bottom (just behind the release button).

Press a blunt pin in the little hole near the card slot labelled "RESET". Hold it in and press the power button. It should start up in a few seconds. This can happen after major updates.
