Judicial Watch said among the documents it obtained was a 10-page partnership "Work Plan for the Financial Services Working Group," which details 24 specific "deliverables" by officials from the U.S. Treasury, Finance Canada, BANXICO, the Federal Research Board-Atlanta, and regulatory agencies.

"The deliverables include 'cross-border' cooperation in the areas of car insurance, Social Security totalization for Mexico, banking, and the Federal Reserve's 'Directo a Mexico' remittance program," Judicial Watch said.

Send the Illegal Immigrants who are protesting the policies of the U.S.A. back home to protest their OWN corrupt government, dishonest military and criminal police departments.
Let them protest until they have installed a FREE ENTERPRISE system so they may have opportunity like we have here in the U.S.
Then they can stay home and support their families. They love their culture so they can love it while being at home.

there is a difference between cross border help and us fixing their infrastructure. according to the proposed plan we will finance the improvements ( finance = lending money, getting your original investment back + a premium for lending said money). since we are financing, we have a say in which companies they work with (im sure some US firms are going to be involved in that, getting some fat checks). finally, having improved infrastrucutre and decreased corruption in mexico could only help the us. it would decrease the flow of immigration, as well as potentially become the biggest trading partner of the us (after all mexico has vast natural resources, just political transparency and infrastructure arent ready to handle our needs)

You know what? It is. If America has to take care of Iran, Iraq, terror, etc. (Which it does) the least we could do is help out our southern neighbor, and create a viable trading partner for more economic opportunities.

It is NOT America's job to fix any country's infrastructure including Mexico's.

The "faux" current administration can't fix anything in American;
why would you assume they would try to fix Mexico. Maybe you should use the phrase "manipulation-for-globalization".

The USA is "No. 1" in nothing but weaponry, consumer spending, debt, and delusion.
