While I don't think any law prevents her from writing whatever she wants on your time card, there are laws that very clearly state that if you worked the time, they have to pay you for it.
You should keep a notebook in your pocket, and write down your starying and ending time every day, as well as breaks. If you can do so with reasonable accuracy, try to recreate such a log as far back as you can, and ask your co-workers to do the same. Just knowing everyone is doing so will probably cause her to stop.
Contact the US Department of Labor (dol.gov) and file a request for unpaid wages.

there is definitely no longer something unlawful with doing so, yet there are an entire host of ethics problems with doing so. on account that in many circumstances you're able to properly be fired without or with reason (except you're fortunate adequate to have a freelance which says to the different, unlike maximum hourly workers who ought to deal with so-stated as "at-will employment" circumstances), it could easily be noticeably incredibly useful to avert any means ethical issues. counting on the replace, say to illustrate an company replaced into changing an worker's timecard to pay them for fewer hours worked, that is fraud, that's certainly very unlawful. i assume it relies upon on the circumstances.

Sooooo illegal. As an hourly employee, you must be paid for all hours worked, including OT for over 40 hours in a week (and in some states, for over 8 hours in a day.)
Contact your state labor board, pronto - www.dol.gov should get you to the state link.
Good luck!

Definitely NOT legal. If you are so motivated, call your local news station and make a huge stink about it. Not only will she lose her job, and rightly so, you will ruin her reputation for her future endeavors. She NEEDS to learn - do not mess with another person's hard earned money!

this is illegal. If you punch in or sign in according to store policy, she can't touch it without your permission. I would talk to the labor board to investigate.
