Rear suspension only. I driver a 2003 Honda Civic. I will have my alignment done professionally, but want to adjust my camber by myself. The place I am going to charges $50-60 per wheel for camber adjustment. I am using an Ingalls Smart Arm Link, that can adjust camber without removing any suspension parts.

The toe will change. Toe is usually the last adjustment that is made because it changes with the other angles. Caster is typically not adjustable on Honda, so unless you pulled a strut off or loosened the upper strut mount bolts, caster should not change.
You didn't note what year or model you're doing this on. This answer assumes you are refering to the front suspension of a front wheel drive Honda; only toe is adjustable on the rear suspension of a front-wheel drive Honda. Four wheel drive vehicles are a different animal all together depending on the vehicle.

you need to let the shop performing the alignment to adjust camber, there is no way for you to just "eye it up" and expect it to be properly adjusted without the proper equipment

As a rule, yes any modifications/adjustments to one will have some effect on the other settings.
