a while ago i wouldve said yes that a lot of these things makes murder justifiable, but now i have a different opinion. if u murder someone for revenge, r u really making the situation any better? ur just upsetting ur emotional state and ur life more...giving them power over u...it makes u no better a person than the one who hurt u. what makes a person admirable and strong to me is how they rise above a situation rather than let it take control of them. show that person that hurt u that u r more than what they tried to turn u into. dont risk potentially ruining ur life for that person because they already tried to ruin it....just show them that theres nothing they or anyone else can do to get u down. that will make u a hero to someone and isnt it better to be a hero than a murderer? dont put urself on the same level as that person.

Of course people are capable of murder - or there would be no such thing!

If someone kills in an attempt to stop or prevent any of those things, then it would be qualified as self-defense, and therefore justifiable.
If someone has survived such an event, distanced themself from it and THEN hunts down and kills the perpetrator, the law considers THAT murder.

When facing a choice where one could realistically escape from or simply survive the immediate danger without killing the perpetrator (or would-be perpetrator) OR kill them and still get away with it legally as an act of defense or self-defense, well, THAT is where it gets sticky and problematic.
That's when we have to face the situation and ask ourself the hard questions like:
"Do I REALLY want to take this life and risk messing up my own karma?"
or
"Just HOW dangerous IS this person? If I let him/her hurt ME and get away with it, am I making it easier for them to hurt the NEXT victim? Am I holding not only this perpetrator's life in my hands, but the lives and safety of his/her future victims, as well?"

WHAT justifies homicide and WHAT constitutes unjustified murder? These are things we often don't think about, but they ARE issues worthy of looking at.

Yes, all people are capable of murder if the excuse to commit it is acceptable to the person doing the act. By the way, if the killing of a person by another is indeed justified, then it is not murder.

As to your list, unless the action being perpetrated brings with it the very real threat of death to the person(s) it is being perpetrated against, then killing the person committing the action isn't justified, it would just be an excuse to be rid of them permanently.

particular, all and sundry is able to homicide, and many different issues, it incredibly is basically a query of circumstances. until you haven't any longer any hands or legs or some thing, wherein case it may be *complicated*, yet technically no longer impossible. If somebody raped and murdered your toddler, and you have been on my own interior the woods with that guy or woman, with a gun, and no one watching, i ask your self whether you will shoot that guy or woman. extra people could do it than care to confess it. some would not, yet what could do it for them? all and sundry has a snapping factor, and each so in many cases a team of factors all come into play and are aligned in a single of those trend that one man or woman kills yet another. i've got executed it, in self-protection, and that i did no longer lose an excellent type of sleep over it, yet returned, it incredibly is a query of circumstances.

I think anyone is capable of murder, it depends on that particular person's limit and what certain buttons are pushed. Sometimes people get killed over stupid, little things.
All of reasons you listed are not justifiable but reasonable.

There are always an alternative way on handling things. People can understand why the person committed murder, but it does not excuse them for taking another person's life. Sometimes we can't even imagine what these people go through for them to be pushed to the limit and certain people have my sympathy, but there is always a better way to handle things.

When anything bad happens to you there are different ways of reacting. Sometimes you can turn the other cheek, sometimes you neutralize the situation, sometimes you strike back with anger and revenge and take it to the extreme with murder. It all depends on the person, but people are capable in any of the above situations because we have seen and heard and read about it plenty of times.

1 Molestation- induces shame, fear, confusion, anger, but not murder
2 Home Invasion- shocking, wakes up fight or flight, could induce murder as a means of protecting one's family
3 Domestic Violence- definitely could escalate to murder.
4 Assault with weapon- of course, this could result in a self-defensive murder
5 Rape(Men and women)-? more likely to lead to murder than molestation due to the violent implications but less likely than the others.

Yes, I think it is justifiable when people commit murder under these circumstances. I would be extremely angry if somebody invaded on my privacy in this way.

People are capable of murder for much less things and what you listed are killing in self-defence. People murder either in cold blood or on spur of the moment (momentary madness). Killing in self defense is acceptable if one can prove that it was indeed in self-defense.
