Strangely enough, I will sometimes sort of THINK of something, and then it will happen. For example, many years ago I was thinking about how much I liked the song "Brass in Pocket" by the Pretenders and how much I wanted to hear it. It was a pretty old song at that point, and it didn't get much radio play, but strangely enough, the song suddenly started playing on the radio.

Also, I'll sometimes think of a person I haven't seen in a long time, and then I'll run into that person. I've also thought about certain scenes in movies and TV shows, only to have them come on a short time later.

This is going to sound even stranger, but back in 2000, my grandmother died unexpectedly after being in the hospital for over a month. Nobody in the family expected her to die and everyone talked about how they were going to spend more time with her after she got out of the hospital. Well, one night shortly before my grandmother's death, I dozed off on the sofa at my mom's house. At the time, my mom had an old black-and-white baby picture of my grandmother that had been taken in the 1920s hanging on the living room wall. As I woke up, I glanced at the picture, and it somehow seemed strangely ALIVE! That's not to say that the person in the photo moved or spoke, but it somehow seemed more alive than usual. I was very disturbed by this, because I knew that my grandmother was still alive, and I didn't want to think that it was an indication that the end was near.

I have never had any huge premonitions where I saw someone dying or anything, but I've had a couple odd experiences with seeing things before they happened.

One day I arrived at school early, so the hallways were still practically deserted. As soon as I entered the building, I had the feeling that as soon as I turned the next corner I was going to see a certain person, and in my mind I could see exactly how he was dressed. Simultaneously, I had the feeling our Spanish teacher was going to be absent, which was unheard of because, in 15 years of teaching, she had never missed a day.

Sure enough, as soon as I turned to the next corner, I saw the person I had seen in my head, dressed in the exact outfit I envisioned. He had entered school from the opposite direction, so there was no way we could have glimpsed each other beforehand. Even more odd, our Spanish teacher was indeed absent that day.

One time I was in a casino in Spain. As soon as the roulette wheel began to spin, blood rushed to my head and I felt like my fact must be beet red. I was absolutely certain the ball would land on number 5, more certain of it than that the sun would rise tomorrow.

My heart started racing and I was thinking as fast as I could how to bet on the number. I didn't have any chips. I had the equivalent of a $50 in my wallet and I desperately wanted to ask someone to just bet some money for me, but there was no time. I felt like electricity was surging through my body. I watched helplessly as the ball landed. Guess what happened. Yes, number 5 came up.

-I don't see things and it come true but I can tell if something bad is going to happen that day. I would get a strong overwhelming feeling and I know something will happen. Also, when my eyes jump, I know I'm going to get into an argument with someone. I just wait and pray for nothing to go bad and 99% of the time it does. -

Yes. When I was about 10, I was standing in front of my house with my next door neighbor who was about to take off on his motorcycle. He was sitting on it about to take off and for some reason, I got a picture of him riding off the curb, into the street, and skidding and crashing. As soon as he pulled of the curb and steered straight up the street, the tires slid out from under him and he wrecked. It wasn't a bad wreck because he only went about 20 feet, but it went exactly as I pictured. That freaked me out.
