watching things happen. I feel as if I'm up there looking down on my life as it unfolds. Is this normal?

Yeah, that's a good thing. You are objective. Some people are very caught up in the stream of thought and everyday things that they miss life even though they are living it. Objectivity is a good thing. Don't become too uninvolved. But see the objectivity as a safety tool for not being swept away by the moments, especially if they are negative and full of other people's negative emotional energy.

Maybe you are a mediun of the unfolds or maybe you are only a sensitive person. But you are not abnormal only special.

No. That's usually a prelude to neurosis or a breakdown. See a shrink immediatly

It's called 'Detachment' and its one of the fundamental requirements of Serenity. Not normal if normal means being miserable and driven by foolish inclinations.

It is common .
Usually when we are stuck in a place we find uninspiring . . .
Maybe you need to rethink your life , goals and wants .
It is a bigggg planet , seek new and fascinating places .
Rest first , then go for change . . . change is good .
