Greece most certainly. They copied most of their art work and sculpture and took many of their customs as well.

Definately Greece. Greek culture had a powerful influence on the Roman Empire. Architecture strongly resembles Greece.

Of the four you list, the Greeks had the most influence. Followed by Egypt (remember the story of Caesar and Cleopatra?)

There are two influences that you have not listed: the ancient Etruscans and the Carthaginians. The Etruscans were apparently the proto-Romans...indigenous people from whom the Romans descended. The Carthaginians were military and commercial rivals (see Hannibal). The Romans wiped them out.

Romans were influenced the most by Greek culture. The Romans adopted her literary, artistic and religious styles.
Coin Greek was the international language of the Roman Empire thanks to the influence and conquests of Alexander the Great before her so educated Romans were taught Greek, Greek philosophies and art. No official was given a foreign posting without being competent in Greek.

Nowadays, the expression "greco-roman culture" is widely used to describe the mediteranean joint culture of greeks and romans.

Etruscans first, Greece later (Latin was only used for ordering slaves, religion and politics), Egypt at the end (Mystery Religions like Isis).
