Try photobucket or google images.
Just search "Tinkerbell" in either one of those, and you're sure to find some cartoon tinkerbells.
In photobucket though, you're also sure to find some people dressed up like tinkerbell.

Just go to either yahoo or google images, type in tinkerbell (turn safe search ON) then you should get the pics without the porn.
