Have you ever broken the heels of your shoes in town?What did you do?
I walked bare footed to a shop which wasn't too close and bought new slippers i really did not need.Thank God it was summer!

Visiting a friend in hospital, my heel came off. No shops for miles, so I just limped along wearing one 4inch heel and one completely flat shoe. Couldn't walk barefoot in the snow

I can't remember ever having a shoe break on me like that, when I still wore them... then I never wore high heels, mostly flats and just regular heels as from cowboy boots and such, maybe with a bit more of a heel than the men's models but not much. I don't think it would've bothered me too much if it had happened, I like going barefoot; I've been completely barefoot for the past ten years!

Yes, I did break a heel but not clean off. It happened at a high school speech meet though so going barefoot wasn't an option. I just had to tread carefully and try not to break it the rest of the way off.

Yea happened to me too,i was shopping when i broke my high heels shoes,and just stopped by at a store and bought a shoes didnt like them too lol

God! It happens all the time! When there are no shoe shops in sight I just break the other heel on purpose or walk barefoot... : )

Doesn't that suck? That happened to me in a club before but I just kicked my shoes of and walked my barefoot intoxicated self home later.

Yes, once at a wedding, I went to the car and grabbed my flip flops....I don't buy cheap shoes anymore

omg... It was sooo embarrasing!
I had to go to walgreens and superglue the heel back on until I could go home and get my etnies

not that i remember i've had shoes break, but i always went barefoot. lol or taped my shoes. lol
