staind has some good songs but in my personal opinion they can get old after a while my favorite metal bands are as following
1. Black Sabbath
2. Marilyn Manson
3. White Zombie
4. Black Label Society
5. Alice Cooper
6. Rainbow
7. Dio
8. Iron Maiden
9.Megadeth
10. Led Zeppelin
and one to grow on

Staind has great music. I love them. They can put me into a whole different perspective on my day.
