Im Not Sure what exactly is the cause if being lightheaded all the time is. its really weird but i usually am lightheaded during the week. and thats cause i sleep late around 12am and wake up at 7am.and i never feel like this during the weekends Also I dont eat breakfast i eat a small lunch and a big dinner. Could Skipping Meals Be A Problem To Or could stress be a reason. I Constantly feel like this and Sometimes its bad that i even get a nausea feeling. Also This is pretty weird To. i only feel dizzy in the evening. Its really weird, should i be worried.

If you are not eating regularly you may have a problem with low blood sugar. I would see your doctor... I would also suggest starting to eat 3 meals a day and a few snacks, if you feel better it's probably your blood sugar. Do you feel better after you eat?

You may be anemic, hypoglycemic or something far worse. You should see a doctor and have a full blood screen done. That will help determine what chemical in your body is imbalanced and you can correct the problem from there. There are pills for iron deficiency, diets for hypoglycemia, etc. You may even be diabetic. This is defineitly a reason to see a doctor and the sooner the better! Once the problem is nailed down it can be fixed. If left untreated, these conditions can cause strokes, heart attack, diabetic coma, blackouts, falls, vertigo and other serious problems.

If it is something as simple as sleep, your docotr will also be able to help you adjust your schedule accordingly but this is not likely.

Good luck!!!

Change one of each of those things at a time. If it persists after those changes it may be a problem. Lots of adults get by on 7 or less hours, but you may need more. Skipping meals is bad. Eat small meals more often. Snacks really.

If you have any underlying health problems, your physician can help you discover them. Hormonal imbalance, metabolic problems, drug side effects, alcohol or drug use or abuse could all cause what you are complaining of. Could be lots of things.

Best of Luck

Well, think about it physiologically for a minute. You've just given your boyfriend a b job and assuming he isn't a "quick shooter", it must have lasted for a while. So blood in his body is flowing all over the place and faster/quicker than normal. Add in all the testosterone and endorphins to the mix and no wonder he's a little light headed! And no, a tongue piercing will have nothing to do with his light headed condition.

It could be vertigo. I had that lightheadedness for like a week. I went to the doctor and they put me on some kind of anti-nausea medicine for a few months. It helped. It could be a spike in your blood pressure. Go test your blood pressure at Target or somewhere.

you should definitely NOT skip breakfast.....supposedly breakfast is the most important meal of the day and u should eat ALOT for breakfast, so-so for lunch and little for dinner......i kno most people don't do that.....i don't myself but I at least eat breakfast.....i used to skip brekfast at one point also and about 3 hrs later i'd start feeling weak with headaches and i'd get nauseated too....so def. start eating breakfast u will notice a great difference....
also......u should def. sleep at least 8 hrs a day, especially if you're under alot of stress at work or at school.....hope this all helps, good luck!

Sounds to me like you may be dehydrated.
Start by drinking tons of water today. (minumum 8 glasses of water)
You should notice a change by tomorrow.
If not, I would go tot the Doctor.....

PS Could you be pregnant?
