Does anyone have a sales board decorating idea?

I have to decorate a sales board where I work. I am going to Hobby Lobby later on today and I need a list of what to buy. I want to make the board look eye-catching, but not cutesy. I work at a church software company.

keep it simple

find some good stock photos

don't make it look like a science fair or craft project.

Im the boss! and all I want you to decorate my sales board with is....... SALES. nothing else is anywhere near as pleasing.
