Scrambled.with green onions and cheese!!
But this guy at work always brings farm eggs and everyone but me likes "dippy eggs" or over easy. So i ask him to break it for me, im getting alittle used to it

I cut a circle, with a small glass, out of the middle of a piece of butttered bread and put the egg inside the bread and then cook it. Makes awesome egg toast!

I like them fried with onions over easy... and once in a while boiled soft and poached...

I like just sunny-side up....you can't get them moist??
Use butter!--while cooking them...not when youre eating.
