If you smoke cannabis does that count as 'smoking'?

Just curious, if someone asks 'do you smoke' does that ONLY mean cigerattes/toacco...or anything?

I don't smoke cigs but I smoke cannabis... It depends on who is asking and the context... I have friends that say to new bees... "yo, you smoke?" rather than "do you smoke?" Can you tell the difference... And by the way... Cannabis isn't worse for you than cigs... cigs have battery acid in them along with 27 other chemicals that were man made.... Cannabis does not... It's from mother earth and at least it gets you HIGH... Cigs don't do that....

Actually cannabis is worse for your lungs than tobacco - because of the whole holding it in thing. So yes, that counts as smoking.

It actually has HARSHER affects on your body. A "joint" is equivalent to smoking 12 cigarettes; same size, but different damage. Plus those who hold their breath while puffing ... well, that causes more damage. Bongs have so many different sizes, and people have different breath holding techniques. One advantage over the joint is the smoke is cooled in water before getting to your lungs.

I would have to say the healthiest way to consume marijuana is by making pot brownies. IDK the research about pro's & benefits of brownies ... but I do know that burning the lungs causes shortness of breath, grey hair, wrinkles, and future diseases like emphysema & lung cancer.

if someone asks you, i would just say no. but i guess it depends on how much you do it. if you do it like twice a day or something i would say yes, but smokin a J once in a while i wouldnt count it. i love marijuana!
