gosh i need to loose weight especially below my stomach how is that i do running i excercise but still can't kepp my body in shape help!

Jogging is a great way to lose the weight. You want to do some form of cardio. Jogging, walking, eliptical, etc for at least 30 - 60 minutes 5 days a week. For the weights you want to lift not too heavy but not too light. Most people think that if they lift light it will cut them up and that is not correct. Lifting too light absolutely does nothing but add to the cardio a bit. You want to lift moderate weights and do 3 sets of 15 reps. Do 3 exercises for each body part rotating body parts. For example I do chest, tri's and shoulders one day...then back and bi's another, then legs another. Then start over. This will give your muscles time to heal and rebuild. You will not bulk up unless you do heavy weights with less reps.
Also, and most importantly is your eating habits. If you want to lose fat you need to watch your calorie intake...eat mostly chicken, turkey....stay away from fatty meats like pork and stake. Drink lots of water and be aware of sugar filled drinks and foods. Eat fresh cooked meals. No boxed meals or take out. Good Luck!

In order to lose weight you must change your eating habits. You have to exercise portion control. Eat boiled eggs in the morning without the yellow. You can eat up to eight of these. It provides you with the protein that is necessary to lose weight. For lunch or dinner eat boneless or skinless chicken baked with vegetable. Another trick to losing weight is eating five small meals a day. The meal shouldn't be any larger than your two fist. During snack time you can eat half of apple of banana. Snack size should not exceed the size of your fist. If you follow this plan along with exercise three times a week. You should be able to stay in shape. Also drink lots of water.

I know of a diet book that has diets for each body shape. Not all people loose weight the same or as fast. The book is called DR.ABRAVANEL'S BODY TYPE DIET AND LIFETIME NUTRITION PLAN. I had a friend that followed the diet for her body type after not being able to loose weight and she looked GREAT.

A lot of the shape of your body and the distribution of fat and muscle on it is purely genetic contrary to what all the late night carnival husters tell you about their great machines and programs. If you weren't born with the gene that gives you the potenntial for a washboard stomach, you'll never get there.

I am working on the same place on my body and it get take time to loose pounds there, but this is what I've been doing take the best diet pill to get your metabliom up then flex to tone and shape the musle of you abs as well.

you don't lose weight in just one spot...you lose all over, and the different densities of fat make it look like you lose in one spot or another, but it's just that some areas lose theirs quicker because that fat is not so dense, and 'melts away' easier.

very simple concept: if you eat it you either have to burn it, poop it, or carry it around.
