Go ask your doctor. If you know your blood pressure is low you obviosuly have some medical background. You should know that blood pressure changes can be linked to many many diseases, conditions and imblances in the body and the cause of this can only be determined by your doctor. These factors can be attributed to a simple imbalance or something far worse and you should get checked out as soon as possible.

Good luck!

the headaches and light headness can very well be due to the low blood pressure you are experiencing. Now, the question will probably revolve on what causes your low blood pressure. I would recommend that you see a doctor about this for the right diagnosis and the right treatment. What you feel can greatly affect you day to day life..so please see your doctor the soonest possible time.
