Can u tell me what i need to do to get it fix and how much does it cost.

i don't think its the motor because i can still hear the motor when i try to turn on the wipers

If you hear the motor running, then the problem is with the linkage arms coming from the motor to the wiper arms---if you can move the wiper arms by hand, then it's definitely the linkage arm problem---they have little plastic clips that attach them to the motor and each other and had problems with them breaking. Should be pretty cheap to fix.

It is most likely the wiper motor. The motor should run about $75. It is fairly easy to replace yourself but if you get someone to do it expect to pay about $150.

Fuse.(under the dash)
Switch. (where ever it's at)
Relay.(under the hood)

I'd check those first.
