I think everyone has psychic ability. Let me explain. Scientists say we only use 10% of our brain. What if in that other 90% is this psychic ability. Most of the 10% we use is logic, and the things we have been taught over the years. During the course of your average day when things are a bit slow, what if part of that 10% blinks out for a split second and that psychic percent jumps in for that split second. I think that's where deja vu comes from. Deja vu is a French term meaning "already seen", not already happened. Your mind's eye has already seen a flicker of a certain event, but it hasn't happened yet. I get deja vu all the time...so much it's sometimes scary. And I get premonitions in my dreams all the time too.
It's possible that most people are not in tune with natural connections between themselves and other people, and so don't have any premonitions, deja vu or psychic moments at all.

To a certain degree I have been known to be psychic.
Mostly in dreams though and I have a whole lot of dejavu.
Good and Bad, not really one more then the other. I just foresee "stuff" regular normal everday stuff, mostly. And yes, many many many have come to pass.
I believe a person can "allow" themselves to see into the future but many don't out of fear and/or misunderstanding.

I'm really good at picking up on body language and non-verbal ques. So sometimes it seems that way.
