What will our children look like?

I know i'm not genius, but i don't know how genetics work. I have dark hair, brown eyes and i'm Arabic and my boyfriend is fair- light brown hair and blue eyes and english. What will i children look like, if you use genetics and all that other doo-daa!? Is there perhaps a website that can determine this???

All your genes are dominant. I can't remember what the ratios are. Your children are likely to be olive skinned with brown eyes and dark hair.

Genetics offers innumerable possibilities, many of which you couldn't immediately imagine because there are so many different factors and just because you look a certain way and your boyfriend looks a certain way doesn't really mean a thing because we're talking about thousands of years of genetic material here.

If you have the recessive genes for it maybe your kid will be an albino.
If one of your or your boyfriend's ancestors had red hair, maybe your child will have red hair.

It's more likely that the child will look like you, given you probably have what's called in Biology the "dominant genes." However there's no real answer :)

I understand where you're coming from though. I am half Italian and German on my Mom's side and Native American on my Dad's. My Dad is fairly dark complected with hazel eyes and black hair; my Mom redheaded and very light skinned. I've got dark brown hair, very dark eyes and am very, very fair.

No matter what I am sure your child will be precious :)

The more diverse the genes of the parents, the healthier the offspring are and the closer the genes of the parents the worse of the kids are .. (e.g the British royal family hardly have a brain cell between them for inbreeding). I don't think anyone can accurately envision what you children will look like, but they statistically will be healthier than other children and thus in all probability beautiful.
Mixed race children usually tend to be more attractive to members of the either of the parents' races as they offer a more diverse gene pool to potential mates.

Probably dark hair and eyes since that's dominant. Depends on your ancestors really. If they're all dark then your kids will be dark.. If you have anyone that was blonde or whatever you could be carrying a recessive gene.

Usually, brown eyes is the dominant trait, especially if one of the parents is non-caucasian.
My kids are black and white(generally speaking. There are a bunch more ethnicities mixed in there, however.) Both have more of their daddy's features than mine.(See pics by clicking on the link on my profile page.)

Depends on what your ancestors are like. There's quite a lot of White ancestry in the middle east and I assume you are causcasian like most arabic people. Your child could could look like either one of you or it could look like various blends, maybe Italian or Greek looking.
You can't base it on just what you and he look like, you have to take ancestry into account as well.

Well if it's a girl she will look like you very light complected.
with your eyes,Medium brown hair.
If its a boy he will look like his dad still not fully english but light complected. With blue eyes.

for me it depends upon the girl. Like I might observe a girl with black hair and also think she is totally hot however see a girl with blond hair that is meh and vice versa.

im guessin that they will be a blend of both your skin colour, dark hair and dark eyes but you never know! i know a girl whos mother is black but she is white and with ginger hair
