I'm an Independent, and I thought that Tancredo and Ron Paul were the best of the bunch.

I guess the only thing I took from it was that Mike Huckabee seemed a little more gutsy than I gave him credit for. He came across well.
It was definitely the worst debate of the three so far. CNN seemed determined to give all the time to McCain, Giuliani, and Romney. That's kinda pointless, because we're still 18 months out, and most people don't even know the candidates yet, so the poll numbers are meaningless until we've heard them.
I agree with the other answerers: Tancredo, Hunter, and Paul looked good, as did Huckabee. McCain and Brownback lost me on immigration. Romney didn't say anything, and avoided any controversial issue. And Giuliani was unbelievably bad. I couldn't believe that he's now actually advocating training our troops for a brand-new "nation-building" focus. How many more nations does he want to take over and renovate? Does he have any idea how much this is going to cost not only in dollars but in lives? Does he have any idea why every conservative in history has opposed this foolhardy approach to the world? Ugh. Yeah, so last night, the biggest decision I made was that if Giuliani gets the Republican nomination, I'll be voting in opposition. And if he wins the presidency as a Republican, I'll be leaving the party.

Yes I did actually. Huckabee impressed me (priorly thought he was wasting our time, with nothing to say). I am not saying I support him over others as yet but he did change my opinion of him quite a bit. Will have to see if he can maintain it.
I was also fairly disappointed in Romney. I thought he really blew it last night, and he had quite a opportunity to make himself the front runner. If he doesn't impress us soon in this regard then he is too weak to be President IMHO. If he won't do the knock out drag out with McCain (almost came off like he was afraid of him) then I can't trust him to do it with Hillary. If he won't do that....he will not be my candidate.
Rudy also was unimpressive.
So....Huckabee moved up, Romney and Rudy moved down.
(Can't say the same for Brownback, Tommy Thompson, or Gilmore however....they need to go home...they have nothing of value to say).
Big props to Tancredo last night for being the only one with the "manhood" to be direct and forceful and taking the slaps reserved for the true Americans.
Fred Thompson on Hannity and Combs last night had some good answers as well. I am looking forward to seeing him in the future debates!

Tancredo and Huckabee were great but I want to see Fred Thompson in there.
I did change my views a bit since this is the first time I had the opportunity to see all of them in this format.
The ability of a candidate to demonstrate leadership, show charisma and presence when confronting others are best demonstrated when they must stand in front of a camera and an audience.
Lets see more of it.

Tancredo gets high marks w/me, but I can see the media shredding him with insults, and he goes against the GOP party line too, so he probably won't last. Fred Thompson is probably the only hope for a RINO-free President
Hey, a Thompson-Tancredo ticket would be great. Here's their bumper sticker: "TNT-08"

No, I have already made up my mind that either Rudy or McCain would be the worst choices, and Duncan Hunter, Tom Tancredo, and Ron Paul are the only candidates who can be trusted to secure our borders, deport the illegals, and protect us from the terrorists.
I did not like the second half of the debate which allowed the audience to ask questions. I turned it off after a few minutes of those softball questions.

I was very disappointed in how the so called "debate" was handled when it comes to time. Some candidates were allowed to ramble on and on (Giuliani, McCain, Romney) while others were cut off almost every time they spoke. That being said, my opinion has not changed. I'll still be doing everything I can to get Ron Paul's message out there.

No, they are all still losers. Some are bigger losers than others. The top 3 are still the top 3 and I doubt it will change until the primaries and some of the top 3 will fall along with the also ran guys like Paul , Thompson, Tancredo, Gingrich, Huckabee, for example.

No I did not change my mind because I have not really made up my mind yet. I need more information and that will come with time. However, it was interesting to hear Tancredo and Huckabee. I thought they did well even though the press did not focus on them so much.
