when we do something at night we still say "day" even though it's going to happen at night?
"i.e."...."hey john what are you doing tuesday night?".....
is that like an oxymoran or something ? would "frinight" or"tuesnight" or "saturnight" really work?.....

A day is a full 24 hours, so there is daytime, and nightime, but to say a day means the entire 24 hour day.

Gee. why does this remind me of the Suncom commercial... "Why are they called Cookies when you bake them. They should be called Bakies."
You should write them and tell them this, so they can turn your idea into the next annoying suncom commercial.
