A giggle is a really silly high-pitched laugh.
A group of guys is a gang.
A group of gays is a group-grope.
A group of cheese is generally just sort of smelly.
A group of keys is a jangle.
A group of mice is a wiggle.
(yes, I'm making this up as I go along. It's been a really slow day)

a giggle is not a thing its an action so you can;t have more than one at a time can you?
you call a group of guys by showing a bit of leg and whistling them over.
Gays I'm not sure of the collective term for them or even if there is one.

Keys, now I know this one, this ones a bunch.
And mice is plural already but i think a string of mice sounds good, or a pride of mice. Oh could it be a giggle of mice?!

Cheese in the plural is cheeses, although it's an optional form.
Keys is already plural, as is mice.
